Well,I use to eat 1 subway grilled chicken salad a day.but I was adviced that was very unhealthy. Now I eat a foot-long subway grilled chicken sandwich and a bag of baked bbq chips.Keeping to a strict budget.Well I am 17 years old male, about 200 pounds, been exercising (Walking about 30 mins daily, and for a good portion of every day moving) and I've been drinking alot of water. Can anyone give me advice,My intake of calories is under 1000 calories and I fear blabby or saggy skin.Any advice is appreciated btw on the sandwich I have it on toasted wheat, grilled chicken, lettuce, onions mustard.that's it. oh and I split it into 5 pieces to be had throughout the day.Should I buy two footlongs daily or what should I do?
You can eat much healthier and much better food for less if you go to the grocery store and make your food at home. And 1000 calories isn't nearly enough daily for a 17 y/o (male ohio female). you're still developing at that age and need closer to 2000 calories a day. You need more veggies and more variety of foods (including fruit). Buy your food at a grocery store instead of a fast food establishment if you're on a budget. You get more for your money.
Hiya, I understand what your going through! I used to eat 1 fattening meal a day... subway, mcd`s, burger king, kfc. Now I have 3 meals, a general day for me would be, am: ceral or toast with jam lunch: homemade veg soup (any veg 3 stock cubes, no cals) pm: either fish (protein) or a ready meal (450 or less) this would allow you to loose weight, keep ur metabolism up and no saggy skin! I also go for walks with my dog I try to walk as fast as possible, without jogging. This burns more cals. The one thing I would ask is your height...only if you are 6`2 or taller would 200lb be overweight. I hope this helps you. Emmy x
I don't know who advised that the grilled chicken salad is unhealthy and long as you don't add too much mustard or mayonnaise. And also Turkey is better than Chicken. Flabby and saggy skin can be avoided by proper exercises and you are already drinking a lot of water.
